Leasing

A lease is a contract calling for the lessee (you) to pay the lessor (financier) for use of an asset.

The important thing to note is that the person using the asset may never own nor have the option to own the asset in question.

However at the end of the lease period the lessee will be given the option to purchase the remaining interest often at an amount set at the outset of the lease (residual).

This is a popular form of asset finance and we encourage you to call us to discuss how a lease may benefit you.
